Preview & export

See a filled document first.

Load the sample or your own files.
Nothing leaves this browser.

Review the PDF and its field values before use. No documents are emailed. Any error stops the batch instead of silently skipping a row.

Supported files and current limits

This preview supports unsigned, unencrypted AcroForm PDFs with text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns and radio choices. It does not support scanned PDFs, XFA forms, signatures, attached files, active scripts or form creation. Western European text is supported; unsupported characters stop export. Field values are checked, but long text can still be visually clipped by the template: inspect every finished PDF.

The public preview exports up to 3 rows. The batch engine is tested up to 250 rows, 100 fields and 50 MB of output per run. Device memory can impose smaller limits. Keep your originals. This is a document tool, not legal advice, compliance certification or an electronic-signature service.

A SMALL TOOL FOR REPEATED WORK

Keep the layout.
Lose the copy-paste.

Useful for workshop records, equipment checklists and routine forms that repeat with different data. Try your template with three rows before buying a batch pass.

The three-row preview is available now. Paid batch access is coming soon.

A few useful details.

Are my PDF and CSV uploaded?

No. PDF and CSV contents are processed in browser memory. The app uses no analytics script and saves no document data in local storage. It saves only an access code to remember your pass. Hosting providers receive ordinary page requests; the separate contact form receives only what you submit there.

Can I use an Excel or Google Sheets file?

Export a single sheet as UTF-8 CSV first. Keep a header row and export dates exactly as you want them printed. Leading zeros are preserved because values are treated as text.

Does this email or sign documents?

No. It fills fields and downloads a ZIP. You decide what to do with the reviewed output. Signed PDFs are rejected.

What if my form is not supported?

The tool explains the error before export. Contact us with a description of the form type and the error message. Please do not send private documents in an initial enquiry.
