Your documents
The PDF template, CSV rows and output documents are processed in your browser memory. This version does not upload them, send them by email or store them in cookies or browser storage. Clearing the workspace or closing the page removes the app's in-memory references. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them.
Website requests
Cloudflare hosts this site and receives ordinary requests needed to deliver it, including network information such as your IP address. The tool loads its software libraries from this site. There are no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Loading our sample downloads only fixed, synthetic files from this site.
Contact
The FormBatch support form stores the information you submit so we can handle your enquiry. Its privacy notice applies there. Please describe a problem without sending confidential PDFs or spreadsheets.
Preview limitations
This is a public compatibility preview, not a certification service. Check the values and appearance of every output before use. Keep originals. The tool does not validate the meaning, correctness or legal sufficiency of your source data. Do not use it to alter signed PDFs. Current file, row and character limits are listed in the workspace.
Paid access
The batch pass costs $49 USD before applicable tax, paid once for 30 days, with no automatic renewal. When checkout is enabled, Stripe shows the final amount and purchase terms before payment. The contact form is for support and questions; it does not order or reserve a pass. See the purchase terms and refund policy.

Payment and access records
When you buy a pass, Stripe and Link process your payment and billing details. For new purchases, Sold through Link, LLC acts as merchant of record and Stripe/Link sends your receipt and provides payment support. OnBits stores the Stripe transaction references, payment, tax, refund and currency amounts, customer country and state for sales reporting, access dates, terms version and a hash of your access code. The access code is stored in this browser and can be downloaded for recovery. We do not receive your full card number. Your PDF and CSV contents are never sent to Stripe or OnBits.
